     Our compound management services are designed to facilitate the drug discovery process. Our partnership approach provides your team with "additional hands", including chemists, engineers and technicians with extensive experience in drug discovery, to get the compounds into the format you need.

     Spectrum BioScience is uniquely qualified to handle your compounds. We combine experience with state-of-the-art compound handling facilities typically found only in large pharmaceutical companies. In addition, we offer rapid turn-around and assure that your confidentiality is maintained.

     Our fully automated storage and retrieval systems are designed by REMP and incorporate modules for the dosage, replicating, plating and vialing of compounds in both powder and liquid formats. We offer labeling with your choice of bar codes, weighing reformatting as well as long-term and short-term compound storage and distribution to research centers.

Compound Storage

     Spectrum BioScience offers compound storage at its secure Western Maryland location. Research compounds are stored in climate-controlled conditions protected by back-up power, fire detection and suppression using FE-13. Both long-term and short-term storage is available. Compound requests are generally fulfilled in 24 - 48 hours depending on the requirements. Requests for reformatting and "cherry picking" may take slightly longer. We will work with you to meet any special timeframes.

Automated Plate Replication
